About Obsero

Obsero is one of the UK's leading AI search startups. We track how brands are cited and recommended across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews and Claude, so marketing teams can see where they stand in AI answers and what to do about it. We work with brands including Zoopla and Zopa.

The role

As our Founders Associate for operations you'll work directly with the founders to take the business through its next stage, with your focus on how Obsero runs. You'll sit alongside our commercially focused Founders Associate, and while there's no single lane here, you'll be the person who builds the processes and keeps everything behind the scenes working as we grow.

What you'll get involved in

• Operations, finance and people. Keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes as we grow, from suppliers and finance admin to hiring and onboarding new team members

• Product. Seeing how the product is built, working with our product and engineering team, and feeding back what clients tell us

• Events. Organising and representing Obsero at conferences, client events and team days

• Founder projects. Whatever the founders need next, from investor updates to setting up a new process

Whilst not the core of the role, you might also support on:

• Sales. Researching prospects, preparing pitches and joining client calls

• Marketing. Content, LinkedIn and campaigns

Being straight about it

There will be no playbook to work from, you'll be working in constant ambiguity, context switching will be an hourly occurrence, and you'll be expected to deliver at rocketship pace.

You'll also be given complete autonomy, work at the cutting edge of AI and work hand in hand with the founders every day. Who you are

• Early in your career and hungry to learn how a startup scales by being right in the middle of it

• Organised and process-minded, the kind of person who enjoys working out how things should run and then making them run that way

• Energised by pace, and happy to go the extra mile when the business needs it because you genuinely love the work

• AI-native: you use AI tools every day to get more done, and you're curious about how AI can make a business run better

• A self-starter who takes the initiative and doesn't wait to be told

• Comfortable switching between very different tasks in the same day, without dropping any of them

• Up for travel to events, client meetings and team days

• Based in the UK with the right to work here

What we offer

• £35,000 a year, reviewed every six months

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Pension with a 4% employer contribution

• Fully remote working, with travel for team days, events and clients, and expenses covered
