How do you work?
We move quickly, test everything and let the evidence decide. We're a small team, so everyone works closely together, owns their work end to end and sees the impact straight away.
Where are you based?
We're a London company. Some roles are remote within the UK and others are London-based; each job ad says which. Wherever you work, you'll be in regular contact with the founders and the rest of the team.
How big is the team?

What's the hiring process?
Short and personal. It starts with an intro call, then a conversation with the hiring manager and a short task based on the real work. The last step is a chat with our founders, Mike and Andy. We keep things moving and aim to wrap up within a few weeks.
Do I need to be an expert in AI search?
Not necessarily. It's a new field and no one has decades of experience in it. What matters is real curiosity about how people discover brands through ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest, and a willingness to learn fast. Each job ad says what's essential for that role.
