Be the face of Obsero. Own our webinars, YouTube, LinkedIn and short-form video, explaining AI search to marketers and showing them how to win in it.

About Obsero

Obsero is one of the UK's leading AI search startups. We track how brands are cited and recommended across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Claude, so marketing teams can see where they stand in AI answers and what to do about it. Buyers are increasingly asking AI rather than searching, and we help the brands that want to be in those answers get there.

The role

We want to make Obsero famous, and you are going to be the face of it. This is a video-first role where you own everything we put out on camera, from monthly webinars to weekly YouTube videos to the LinkedIn and short-form content that keeps us in front of marketers most days of the week.

Your audience is marketers rather than technical GEO researchers. You will be explaining what is happening across AI search and showing people how to use the Obsero platform to get real insight from it, in a way that someone who runs a marketing team actually wants to watch.

You will be making it all yourself, from the script through filming and editing to publishing it on our website, YouTube and socials, and you will have the whole of AI search to work with as your subject matter. Whatever kit you need to do it properly, from camera and mic to lighting and editing software, is on us.

What you'll do

  • Host one webinar a month and run it end to end, from setting it up and promoting it to the follow-up afterwards, and co-host webinars and content with our partners across agencies, tools and affiliates

  • Publish a new YouTube video every week, mixing platform tutorials with explainers on where AI search is heading

  • Run LinkedIn video and posts for Obsero, along with short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts

  • Work video first, with every video then extended into an article on the Obsero website, so what you say on camera also exists as something people and AI platforms can read and cite

  • Script, film, edit and publish all of it yourself, through our website CMS, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok

What this role isn't

This is not a head of marketing role. Paid media sits with an agency and the founders keep writing their own opinion pieces, which leaves you free to own video, social and the writing that goes with them.

Who you are

  • Very comfortable on camera, and you can show us the work to prove it

  • A strong writer as well, because a lot of what you make will be read as well as watched

  • Hands-on with the publishing side, whether that's a website CMS, a webinar platform or the back end of each social channel

  • Digitally native, with a real feel for what performs on each platform and why

  • Already fluent in how customers are discovering brands through ChatGPT, Claude and the rest of AI search, and properly curious about where that behaviour is heading next

  • Good with partners, and someone people enjoy making content with

  • Based in the UK with the right to work here

What success looks like

  • An audience that keeps growing across YouTube, LinkedIn and our webinar sign-ups

  • Demo requests and trials that trace back to your content

  • Customers using features they first saw you explain

  • More partners putting their name alongside ours

How to apply

Apply using the form below, or send a DM to Andy Francos or Mike Logue on LinkedIn. We'll want to see links to video you've made and a 60-second intro video of you, so have those ready. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Good to know

Obsero is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from everyone and will make reasonable adjustments at any stage; just tell us what you need.

We only contact candidates from an @obsero.ai email address.
